A dynamic double-bill combining the formidable forces of ICE and leading schools of Chicago’s North Side, this concert champions premieres by powerhouse composers Marcos Balter, Anthony Cheung, Ted Hearne, and Hans Thomalla. The works explore the communication between soloist and ensemble, subconscious and reality, love and consent.
